At Style BU, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns ONLY if:

• The product delivered is damaged
• The size delivered is incorrect compared to the order
• You received the wrong product

We DO NOT accept returns for:

• Custom-stitched, tailored, or personalized outfits
• Used, worn, or altered items
• Items without tags or packaging
• Minor color variations
• Wrong size selected by the customer

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share your order ID and pictures/video of the issue
3. Our team will review the request
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for available sizes (not for custom outfits).

5. Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 2 hours.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled at any time.
